Carlos Baleba has always been the most likely CM signing, the fact he's so desperate to join are the types of players the club should be continuing to pursue. For the right deal & in a buy low spot, he's a smart, value-driven bit of business as part of fixing the engine room & keep Manchester United's trajectory upwards. You get fined if you take them out of school during term time, but taking them during school holidays is quite literally unaffordable for so many people. The system is so fucked and backwards, and there is currently no way around it.
