@elanstreaming Something went wrong somewhere. Over an hour on the platform with staff repeating "The next one is yours" (it wasn't!)

Pretty good time at #RWC2015. Horrible time at Cardiff station. Thanks though to @ArrivaTW for sending staff to the platform with water.

@GWRHelp It isn't, and people are getting quite upset and distressed. More passengers arriving and your staff have left.

@GWRHelp At the moment, none. All the Swansea passengers have been waiting for >30 minutes & repeatedly told "next train is yours".
