Up to 10" storm total at 3800 ft. in Roan Mountain TN. Even St. Francis is enveloped in snow :) Steep low level lapse rates kept us frigid at this elevation. We stayed in the teens all day, our high was 17 degrees!! #winter @NWSMorristown @wjhl @WCYB_DavidBoyd
