$RDW: Redwire has successfully completed production milestones for two flight computers being developed for the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Rapid Apophis Mission for Space Safety (Ramses) and Genesis missions. Through contracts with OHB Italy, Redwire is responsible for the delivery of the onboard computer for both of these ESA missions. The flight computer system will serve a critical role as the “brain” of the spacecraft, governing spacecraft control, data handling, and crucial communications with Earth.

@AlmaCap114204 @LilyFunds If you look at the valuation of other publicly listed drone companies $925 million was a steal tbh. They were also in dire need of a more mature company with steady revenue and good margins.

@LilyFunds Did you look at the Edge Autonomy deal? Do you think $925m for that was fair? AE Industrial had the ability to force it through too.

$RDW, I would stay away from this one, there is probably a reason AE Industrial has been trying to sell at any price... - Satellite manufacturing business is extremely low margin; - Edge autonomy drone business has a small order book / backlog and appears to be shrinking; - Management has a track record of pumping before massive dilution (for contrast $ASTS management dilute and then reveal positive news) - AE Industrial also retain their Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in RDW which they will likely use as a tool to extract value in the future Obviously a bull case exists if they are able to sort out their RF delays and their Made in Space business delivers (pharma optionality)... Better to long good space stocks, many exist, including: $ASTS; $LUNR; $FLY; $BKSY PS. AE Industrial is in $FLY too, so you are exposed to their shenanigans somewhat there.

@RECPAccountant @olivier09313438 Yeah not sure. I assume if the volume is high enough they would get a discount, but still a big price gap. It might be worth it if the performance is that much better. The guys in Ukraine are not idiots so we will see what they decide.

@InvJC0 @olivier09313438 I see. That price makes me wonder if Ukraine really wants BW?… Chris mentioned that Ukraine goes through 350K ISR drones per year—but does the benefit outweigh the cost? Seems pretty pricey compared to Chinese drones.

$RCAT 10-K Overview: Credit risk is heavily based on US ARMY's ability to pay RCAT. Not a lot of risk getting paid, but potential warning that RCAT's contract solely depends on ARMY contract. It's yes or no at this point.

@olivier09313438 @InvJC0 Do you recall unit price for each drone? 4,580 drones don’t seem like it will drive big revenue (If I remember correctly, it’s around $4k per drone?).

@RECPAccountant Yeah, I agree. That’s why I very rarely fully liquidate my position.

@InvJC0 Same here. I've been playing with $RCAT's volatility for the past two years. Price action has been 100% due to hype/ speculation - I want to see fundamentals to increase now. Once Army contract is announced, this stock will never be this low though!

@InvJC0 I partially agree. The question is: how much have they produced? I remain skeptical since the finished goods $ value is less than FY24 amount. If they really anticipated a big order is for sure coming, then they would've produced non-stop last year. Wondering paused them..

@RECPAccountant Almost 3 months have passed by now, so I imagine part of that raw material has been turned into finished goods by now. Therefore, it doesn’t necessarily contradict what management has said.

Inventory breakout shows the vast majority of inventory was sitting in raw material as of 12/31/25. It contradicts what the management has been saying about building and storing drones ahead of "anticipated order".

@RKLBMan Good read. Slightly on the negative side, but that’s okay. I have a higher risk tolerance, and at this P/S, I just can’t pass it up.
