About the @GekkoScience Kbox some of you have in your hand: Hands up, I got this one wrong 🙋 Some KBoxes shipped locked on an early dev build and can't pull updates. My fault. Sorry! If yours says "latest dev (master)" when you check for updates, here's a 3-min one-time fix — your settings are kept and it unlocks Dual Mining, a working update function + loads more: 👉 kbox-update.thesolomining.co Sorry for the faff 🙏 PS, Please share this where you feel it's suitable, this is for the benefit of everyone that has one in hand at the moment. Thanks for testing this .. i am still somewhat interested in this "KBox" ; however the new BSB B30 seems it will take the crown 👑 just edging out the KBox... (if it pulls off 30TH @ 400w) .. anyways can you tell me the environment temps you got the 22TH @ 330w numbers, maybe with better environment temps and reduce fan speed will help a bit with efficiency. also when i do the math i am getting 15 J/TH (330/22=15) not 14.6 J/TH what am i missing? i take it the 330w was taken at the wall ?

Hi, TJ at the shop here. I watched your video and saw that you found a mistake in our assembly. The heatsink is supposed to be oriented north-south for exactly the reason you found—hotspots. Thanks for demonstrating how to re-orient the heatsink and fan properly. Your video will be included in the chat 😠I will be having with my crew.

@Syn_Division We don’t mind colored heatsinks! We build our things sturdy enough to allow their owners to customize and play with them (within reason). It looks good!
