Another busy weekend volunteering w @stjohnambulance, yesterday spent crewing out of Bristol w @martynwalker93 on Bristol hub's newest truck - DA145 & today supporting new trainee crews by giving feedback on medical/resus scenarios in Staverton. Lovely sunset en route home too!

ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!! 🎂🎉🥳 #askme what I spent my birthday doing. Today I attended an event in Lincs and Nott where i met THE REAL Santa! Followed by a trip to see the amazing cadets at the L&N COTY comp. Congratulations to the new COTYS and well done all!
