The Air France baggage saga continues. Customer Service pleasant but can do nothing as both CDG and B’ham airports not answering emails or phone since Sunday. How can tagged luggage which was located on 26 June and was ‘in transit’, simply disappear ! @AirFranceUK @airfrance

They are saying it’s with my elderly neighbour a few doors up. She had no knock at the door and took in no parcel. I was there within minutes of email.

That is the very last time I’m having a delivery from Fatface.

I just want to encourage your company to align itself with a delivery company who gives the same level of customer service as you, and @Hermesparcels is not it.

@FatFace Hooray! Sometimes online has stock that the shop doesn’t & vice versa -just can’t be dealing with Hermes anymore. I guess you must have an affordable contract with them but at least with Royal Mail or parcel force, they stop, check you’re in and if not take away for pickup.

Oh @FatFace when are you going to align yourself with a quality courier? A photo of a parcel left in front of a shut door, for anyone to steal, does not constitute safely delivered. Our personal data is also unprotected when this is done. No more online shopping with you for me.

@FatFace Luckily I saw the person from an upstairs window just as they were leaving it and walking away but it happens all the time that they just leave it without checking we’ve got it safely- all different drivers so it’s not just one person, it’s just a rubbish policy from Hermes.

So online shoppers- what UK brands use a reliable courier? I need to switch to shopping with them when I’m not able to get what I need from the high street. I don’t want any more supposed deliveries from Hermes.
