My experience with this men’s ‘medication’ has been negative. I said online that I did not want to a second bottle (at £25) but this was ignored in the ambiguously worded ‘are you sure’ msg. No response to my complaints despite promises from the ‘help’ line. Buyers beware !

The Air France baggage saga continues. Customer Service pleasant but can do nothing as both CDG and B’ham airports not answering emails or phone since Sunday. How can tagged luggage which was located on 26 June and was ‘in transit’, simply disappear ! @AirFranceUK @airfrance

8 days since I left Dakar and still my suitcase hasn’t been delivered despite being ‘located’ and ‘in transit’ since Thu 26th June. Case is tagged with my name on it. How difficult can it be to deliver ? @AirFranceFR

Arrived Birmingham from Dakar with @airfrance on Tues morning. 41 pieces of baggage did not arrive. 41 !! Air France charges a premium on its Dakar route but its service is patchy. I’ve tried its Birmingham delivery service 3 times today and have got voicemail. POOR service AF.

@tapportugalair five days on and TAP can still provide no info on missing luggage. Contact number TAP provided at airport missing a digit. Really poor service Air Portugal ! Won’t use again.

Pullman Hotel Dakar charges €244 for a two month pass for its pool. For the last three saturdays in a row the pool has been off limits because of private events ! This is sharp practice indeed. Take people’s money and then not give them what they’ve paid for. @pullmanhotels
