@lanabeesfw You must be a 45° angle then, since you're such acutie
English

@lanabeesfw The way you've been showing kinda reminds me of that animated spider called Lucas the Spider they used a while back to try and curb arachnophobia

@law_wheezy1 The view requirement just kept going down, this man must just want to be shot for the love of the game bro

@LittlesLewds I absolutely can, and it's great day to have eyes

@bear_nomi @CollinRugg Which is a lot for one person. I'm not saying he's right in how he handled it I'm just saying it's a difficult thing to do, even harder to do the right way
English

@bear_nomi @CollinRugg When it came to the father it's no question that he did a bad job of handling it that's for sure, however it seems that he is the only officer on scene for quite some time, he had to gather info, canvass witnesses, control traffic, control the scene all while relaying to dispatch

NEW: Las Vegas judge shoots down petition to lower murder charge against a man accused of killing an 11-year-old boy in a road rage incident.
The rejection comes as 23-year-old Tyler Johns allegedly laughed at the victim's family in court.
Johns is accused of shooting 11-year-old Brandon Dominguez-Chavarria on the 215 Beltway last year.
The man allegedly fired his weapon when he and Brandon's stepfather were jockeying for position on the freeway.
During a court appearance this week, District Judge Jacqueline Bluth was seen grilling Johns about an accusation that he smiled and laughed at Brandon's family in court.
"I don't know what happened... I was told you were smiling at the family, laughing at the family, and calling them names," Bluth said.
"If it did happen, it will never happen again."

@hitzjorocks @CollinRugg As a public servant you have to treat everyone with respect, especially in volatile situations, like the judge says later in the clip, people tend to treat you with respect when you do it for them which in turn can keep a situation from escalating and getting worse
English

@GemaKage @CollinRugg What about the treatment of the guy who shot the kid though??
English

@Kimikittiekat @CollinRugg Genuinely cannot find where he jokes with him, but as a public servant you have to treat everyone with respect regardless of who they are or what they did, which means being nice, Its how you keep your job and how you keep a situation calm, just like the judge talks about
English

@GemaKage @CollinRugg He did not have to laugh and joke and be nice to the killer. He should have treated them equal if he could not sympathize who the person who just lost a child
English

@JoLT0615 @CollinRugg He immediately detained him and would get that at the station in booking, if you see someone with an bloody knife standing over a body you don't ask for ID because they are a dangerous individual. He immediately detained him and placed him in the squad car
English

@GemaKage @CollinRugg Did he immediately ask the murderer for his ID? I'm sure this is probably just clips from the body cam so I'm genuinely curious.
English

@presidentmyboss @PhoenixStar3084 @CollinRugg It absolutely can be, I use questions like that to deter and distract psych patients or patients in physical and emotional pains. After getting someone to a calmer state it's much harder for them to return to the same level of distress they were at to begin with
English

@PhoenixStar3084 @GemaKage @CollinRugg i feel like it's a pretty common deeacalation tactic to ask questions to distract from the event and get someone to focus on a different tactile/verbal experience
