Taxing non-income-producing property is wrong. Homeowners should not be forced to work to pay "rent" to the government for the privilege of living in their own homes. Property taxes should only be levied on income-producing property, as the income provides a means to pay the tax.

Recidivism is a choice and something soft on crime enables.
Most crime is committed by people with 3+ prior arrests. It’s a relatively small handful of criminals causing a lot of the problems we see.
We could just arrest criminals, or at a minimum, go after the serial offenders.

If Araghchi is resortng to swearing at his own generals, the situation in the Strait is even thinner than we thought.
