A Federal Judge Just Wiped Out All Vaccine Reform. We're Back to Square One. 90 days ago, the CDC trimmed the US vaccine schedule to match Denmark's — moving many vaccines to shared decision making. The American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians, and five other organizations sued RFK and HHS. A federal judge ruled in their favor. Every reform is gone. The schedule is fully restored. All progress lost in a single ruling. When I was early in my career, I walked into a meeting where I was to present. Several people were having a discussion before I walked in. As I heard them talking, I offered a quick solution. Two sentences in I saw that look. The kind of look that says why are you talking. After the meeting an elder gentleman who had become a mentor took me aside. He said some times you need to hear to whole conversation before you speak up. Good advice.

Mike I really feel sad for you man. You brought a much needed intellectual perspective to analyzing the Bible and some of the harder apologetics questions. You've built up a pretty big following, but you've tarnished your reputation by rationalizing obvious blasphemy with ridiculous excuses. One day, this presidency is going to end. The party is going to move on. Normal adults who don't s**tpost everyday will take the stage again. And you'll have to live with the fact that you stained your ministry to defend an unrepentant adulterer, blasphemer, and narcissist who is the exact opposite of Christ and the embodiment of the proverbs fool. The left isn't full of heroes either. But rejecting the left shouldn't send you into the arms of such a clearly wicked man. Be better.

The Archbishop of Washington D.C. just said it directly. “In Catholic teaching, this is not a just war.” This isn’t a foreign pope making diplomatic statements from Rome. This is the Archbishop of the American capital. The man who leads the Catholic Church in the city where the war was decided, where Congress was gaveled into silence, where the Pentagon threatened the Vatican’s ambassador for daring to disagree. He just told Washington — from Washington — that what they are doing fails the moral test their own faith demands. The just war doctrine has four criteria. A just cause. Right intention. Last resort. Proportional means. Cardinal McElroy is saying this war fails them. He joins Pope Leo XIV who called it unjust. Who called Trump’s threats unacceptable. Who the Pentagon summoned and threatened with the Avignon Papacy for saying so. They threatened the Pope. They didn’t silence him. They can’t silence the Archbishop either.

I have a lot of experience with autistic kids and adults. Some of them can be very bright and very inquisitive. But the reason we noticed them is because they lack social skills. When they get upset, it’s usually about something related to themselves. For instance, something that they wanna do but they’re not able to for some reason. Or seeing someone else like a sibling being able to do something that they can’t. Understanding politics and being upset by other people problems seems to be something well out of bounds for most autistic people. And the descriptions I’ve heard of this young man leads me to believe he falls into the class where it’s unbelievable that would be upset over politics - other people’s problems. It’s just the elephant in the case.

Always ad hominem and never addressing the substance of the discussion. You do you. We are no longer talking about the indictment alone (which itself has a great many holes in it). We are now talking about additional facts that have been alleged in subsequent pleadings that are so thin, even you are forced to rely on “there’s more stuff in there they haven’t alleged yet - trust me bro I’ve written 500+ federal indictments” to make sense of it. As if having drafted 500+ federal indictments in a system that has proven itself to be entirely corrupt makes you a MORE reliable of a source. 😂 But for now, the theory of the case makes no sense. And the evidence alleged that an autistic criminal mastermind started looking into how to make pipe bombs at the age of 16 in 2012 makes zero sense. We will see. The good thing about the Internet, is it’s forever. People can assess the reliability and intellectual honesty of analysts and govern themselves accordingly.

Consider that your frying pan has vastly different characteristics than capsule’s heatshield in terms of the rate at which it can absorb heat, the peak heated can absorb, and the rate at which it can dissipate heat. Let’s suppose you could heat your pan to 5000° - which you can’t. Then we’ll drop it from 75,000 feet. At 20,000 feet of the air temperature is -25° C. At 10,000 feet. The air temperature is -5° C. At this point your frying pan would be dropping at 350 miles an hour. How much heat do you think your pan would lose flying at these speeds in sub degree temperatures? Then consider that the heat shield can dissipate heat at a vastly different rate than your pan. The capsule will likely hit the ocean surface at a hundred or two degrees C. And it would begin instantly cooling the heat shield and the capsule as it is designed to do.

Trump made a statement to Bibi. I don’t trust the NY Times. So after such a piece I wait for a rebuttal. I expected one. No one has come forward. There has been enough time to expect one. What do I conclude? Trump wanted to make a statement to Bibi. I know what you did. And you know I know. And now they know what you did.

@DrNeilStone NO KNEE. The vaccine didn't do anything. We had a knee when the variants all died off. Vaccine did not make a DENT. Claiming that the virus got 10x more deadly and exactly matched each variant is EASILY falsified. You can't explain no knee.

No, science is not settled by debating with clowns. It's settles through publication. Learn what a P value is and publish a study or just be quiet. PS. I've debated you clowns plenty of times. Your most common retort? "Nu uh"...
Steve Kirsch@stkirsch

Can you name a pro-vax doctor or academic who is willing to have a serious public verbal debate with his peers who disagree with him or her to resolve the key questions about the Covid Vaccine Safety and efficacy? They all say they want to stop misinformation, but the best way to do that is in a public forum.

@GeneMunce @MikeWingerii Paul was addressing Timothy (church leader) instructing him how he should rebuke a church elder. I’m not for sure what other understanding you can have that wouldn’t be taken out of context.

Today I came to a realization that even though I’ve been exposing actual evil and corruption amongst leaders in the church I have been doing it with the wrong tone. I mean, they have been defrauding the people of God and deceiving in God’s name but what I did was worse. I didn’t follow the right protocol. I mean, was this really the BEST way to go about it? Couldn’t I just let go and let God? I know 1 Timothy 5:20 says to rebuke them in the presence of all but… who really cares? My sin of having the wrong tone is clearly the bigger issue here. I’ve also probably been doing this for clicks and views without realizing it. Strangers on the internet have reliably informed me of this fact and the fact that I’m doing it for money. I know these videos aren’t monetized but how can so many people be wrong about this? Lots of leaders in the movement have said so as well, and they know more about money than I do, having a lot more of it than I do, so I should trust them. On this day of April 1st I want to apologize to the crooks, liars, thieves, predators, and blasphemers. I’m sorry. I was clearly out of line. From now on I’ll join you in heaping shame upon anyone who tries to hold you accountable.

@MikeWingerii Honestly… Paul was writing to Timothy instructing him in his responsibilities as the pastor of his church. He did not intend for all of us to freely call each other out- that is chaos. So actually- you have assumed an authority that is not yours to take.
