Community update: With the class action now formally filed, the window for a mediated resolution has significantly narrowed. The Community Working Group has acted in good faith throughout - encouraging constructive dialogue and offering to facilitate a fair, balanced discussion. Unfortunately, that opportunity hasn’t yet been taken.
