@sileginnane @brian_caulfield @GalwayCycling @WeAreTUDublin Thankyou Sile. The data provided by Liberty Bell for this reseach was very important and provided a geo spatial narrative about the risk factors in the road environment from a cyclists perspective. This knowledge is so important for understanding risks.

Thanks to everyone who reported incidents in BikeMaps.org The details provided in your reports are extremely important as they help explain what the issues are in High Risk Locations from a cyclists perspective. Please do keep reporting @dublincycling

@kevigi @FHmediastuff @GalwayCityCo Self reporting cyclist collisions and near misses provides invaluable insight into the factors contributing to the collision from the cyclist perspective especially when combined with official cyclist collision data BikeMaps.org

The City of Bordeaux's 'Soothed' approach provides lots of lessons for cycling and walking. 89% of city streets now have a 30KPM speed limit and pedestrianised areas are being expanded. #dcc #cycling #roadsafety lnkd.in/dnfFFvzx
