That's a wrap on The Resurrection of the Christ — Mel Gibson's long-awaited sequel to The Passion of the Christ. After a massive 134-day shoot across Italy, director Mel Gibson took a microphone on set to personally thank the cast and crew for completing principal photography on the film, which has been over 20 years in development. The audio captured him saying: "Since I'm all yours here and I've got a microphone... I just want to tell you all thank you so much for all your efforts, your support, your sacrifice, your love, the encouragements all through, the prayers and intercessions, thank you all for everything great and everything “small”, in the end it was all worth it. Now it’s time to make sure the Lord gets glorified in all of this."

ALARMING: They HID this from you for YEARS. The LARGEST human study on Ivermectin + Mebendazole for cancer is now peer-reviewed and published in a major oncology journal. 84.4% of patients reported COMPLETE REMISSION, TUMOR SHRINKAGE, or HALTED TUMOR GROWTH. Patients took 25 mg Ivermectin and 250 mg Mebendazole. After 6 months, patients had an 84.4% Clinical Benefit Ratio (CBR)—meaning more than four out of five patients reported either: No evidence of disease (32.8%) Tumor regression (15.6%) Cancer stabilization (36.1%) Cheap. Off-patent. Widely available. Yet for years it was viciously attacked, censored, and ridiculed as “horse paste” while millions died from cancer — and the industry made trillions pushing toxic chemo and lifelong “treatments.” This wasn’t an accident. They don’t want cures. They want customers. The dam is breaking. The suppression is being exposed.

Here's my secret. My first day in practice, I started with a networth of minus $1,000,000. I'd lost to the stock market all the money I earned working 80-hour weeks during residency and fellowship. I had loans and loans and more loans. But, every morning I entered the hospital at 6 a.m. and every night I left work around midnight, the nurses would ask me the same question: "How do you always have the biggest smile on your face?" I couldn't express the answer then as well as I can now. The secret is Judaism's three cardinal laws of happiness: 1- Start with gratitude; 2- Find your gift; 3- Give it away. This formula is the secret to true, deep happiness. 1- Start each day with gratitude for all you've been given. Talk about your blessings, not your problems. Start by feeling how much you owe the world, not how much you're owed. #ModehAniLefanecha. 2- What is your purpose in life? Why are you here? Why did God trust you with this life? Hint: To help others. To mend a broken world. #TikkunOlam Each of us has a unique gift in how we can accomplish this task. Mine is medicine. Yours may be singing, art, defending, raising children, nursing, comforting... It's up to you to find your gift and through it live a meaningful and purpose-driven life. 3- #Tzedakah Give your gift away. It must be money you've earned, but also your time, talent, love, effort. Give your gift away. Not all of it. Judaism requires 10%. Anyone can do this. Everyone can find things they are thankful for, right this minute. Everyone has a talent that makes them unique. Everyone can give without wanting anything back. When you live in sync with these three Jewish principles (and you don't have to be Jewish), your life becomes so much more than a mechanical day to day struggle. This is how I fought clinical depression and won. So now, I give you my secret as a gift.

🚨 BOMBSHELL ALERT: TREASON UNRAVELING IN REAL TIME?! 🚨 WELL… ISN’T THIS THE MOTHER OF ALL COINCIDENCES?! What if the URANIUM Hillary Clinton sold to Russia — while she was Secretary of State — somehow ended up in Iran’s nuclear stockpile… right after Obama shipped them plane-loads of cash?! The enriched uranium Iran just surrendered? If forensic tests MATCH it to the Uranium One batch… GAME OVER. Hillary. Obama. JAIL. TREASON. HISTORY BOOKS. No more hiding behind “controversy-free” fairy tales. Obama’s legacy is cracking wide open — and the American people are finally waking up to the greatest scandal of our lifetime. This isn’t a conspiracy. This is karma catching up. Trump was right all along. Who else is ready for the TRUTH to drop like a nuke?! 🔥🇺🇸 #UraniumOne #LockThemUp #ObamaGate #MAGA

This is so sad. It makes me think…public adoration is not the pinnacle of anyone’s life. He had demons…we all do…And I doubt he was searching for public adoration. But he had it. It didn’t matter in the end. RIP. Lesson: more followers doesn’t make your life better.

For anyone who’s ever faced a personal challenge, it doesn’t get much better than the 'Six Minutes' speech in VISION QUEST. This scene wasn’t in the 1979 novel by Terry Davis. Elmo's monologue was written specifically for the film by screenwriter Darryl Ponicsan (THE LAST DETAIL, TAPS). Actor J. C. Quinn absolutely knocks it out of the park here. If you’d like to support the @FMJDiary project, you can bid on an original poster below. I signed and inscribed it with Elmo’s iconic line: “It ain't the six minutes... it's what happens in that six minutes.” ebay.us/m/p2kYOc

A community college professor named Marty Lobdell taught the same study skills lecture for 30 years. The video quietly became one of the most watched educational recordings online, with over 10 million views. He spent his career watching students fail not because they were lazy, but because no one had taught them how their brain actually works when learning something difficult. The lecture, “Study Less Study Smart,” contains a powerful framework. Your brain cannot sustain focus the way most people believe. Studies show the average learner hits a wall between 25 and 30 minutes. After that, efficiency collapses. You’re still sitting there, but almost nothing is being absorbed. Lobdell told the story of a student who planned to study 6 hours a night, 5 nights a week. Thirty hours total. She failed every class. She was not lacking effort. She was confusing time near books with actual learning. The fix is simple: when focus drops, stop, take a 5 minute rewarding break, then return. That reset makes a massive difference. He also destroyed the myth of highlighting and re reading. Recognition is not the same as recall. To prove it, he read 13 random letters. Almost no one remembered them. Then he turned them into “Happy Thursday.” The entire room recalled them instantly. The brain stores meaning, not repetition. This is why elaborative encoding works so well. Finally, he shared the most important principle: 80 percent of study time should be active recitation. Close the book and explain the material in your own words. Teach it to someone else or an empty chair. Retrieval is where real learning happens. His closing line stuck with me: If this information does not change your behaviour, you have not actually learned it. The best students do not study more hours. They stop confusing the feeling of studying with the reality of learning.
