@hollieteach @Mrs_LPrimary @primaryteachew Same! Contacted several in my old trust and not one got back to me (I was a history/geography leader in a primary school). There were more secondaries than primaries in the trust too

@Mrs_LPrimary @primaryteachew Same happened to me!! I chased them up two or three times too and they weren’t interested. Very disappointing…

I’ve taught both, and I do think this isn’t exclusively a primary or a secondary ‘problem’. But, half of the issue is we don’t see each other as colleagues. We have to collaborate & communicate in order to get the best for the pupils ALL YEAR. Not just in the last term.
