Tbf rust doesn't solve much issues either other than accidental memory leaks. Newer rust devs and slop generators allow people to write code that somehow managed to suck worse than electron. You can still be an idiot developer. Rust can't solve stupidity. Sure it might be fast but in terms of functionality, half baked, shitty ass software. A lot of rust rewrites I have used feels like unpolished software made with an ai prompt "port it over to rust". Go rewrites or other rewrites feel much better in comparison.
