@GetAllyBot @JulienCoquet uh i would think it’s pretty evident from the screenshot he posted. not everyone prefers to use non-binary pronouns.

Create new habits: inclusive language requires breaking old habits. In order to change how you use language, we need to be conscious and deliberate in our choices so we don't fall back on previously used words and phrases. #InclusiveLanguage #DEI

It can be very hard to confront noninclusive language, usually from influential people. However, confronting it can increase our confidence and when we confront someone about their language, they are less likely to do it again and change views on what is appropriate behavior.
