Fantastic question. Does ATX-304 work for type 1 diabetes? Well, we don't have human data yet. However, check this out! As explained in the deep dive released this morning, the mechanism by which ATX-304 works is AMPK activation, which effectively triggers a backdoor for getting glucose into muscle cells that is insulin-independent. This is similar to what exercise does, i.e. "insulin-independent glucose uptake." So have a look at this. Researchers destroyed pancreatic beta cells to generate type 1 diabetes in animals. The purple arrows represent what happens in the untreated type 1 diabetic animals. Glucose goes through the roof. Insulin stays low, since they can't make insulin. But what happens when you give the type 1 diabetic animals either of two doses of ATX-304? (yellow and blue lines) Glucose doesn't go up at all, despite insulin still staying low (Blue arrow) So, in a word... yeah! This could work for type 1 diabetes by effectively using the same insulin-independent pathway that exercise naturally does. Most anxiety is due to liver problems. NAC is a glutathione precursor and clears it up.

@Cernovich @AJA_Cortes What peps you on, Cerno?

A human trial tested CJC-1295 with DAC. A single injection increased: GH 2–10x for 6+ days. IGF-1 1.5–3x for 9–11 days. For a 200 lb adult, the weekly dose was equivalent to 1.8–2.7 mg. But 94% reported an adverse event, mostly mild.

n=76 self-reported PT-141 experiences, pulled from public community reports. PT-141 is FDA-approved as an on-demand libido drug for premenopausal women. The label is blunt about it: not for men, not for sexual performance. That's mostly who's using it anyway. 47% reported improvement. Nausea was the top side effect by a wide margin. And the goal people chase most, libido and arousal, had the lowest hit rate at 43%. We processed thousands of public first-hand accounts into structured, per-compound breakdowns. 15,653 Reddit posts & comments analyzed (14,472 comments + 1,181 threads) every one AI-read and structured and reverified, not keyword-counted. - 21 peptides live - 2,466 reports and counting. - Outcomes, goals, side effects. All of it anecdotal, none of it marketing. Community sentiment, not medical advice

The same research peptide can cost ~2.9× more from one vendor than another and that's after trimming the outliers. The raw gap is far wider. So we benchmarked 52 of them across 1,284 vendor prices and wrote it up as one open, neutral report. Nobody paid to be listed. Research/educational only. 0 commercial affiliation.
