For anyone who hasn’t seen the footage, he was going between 18-23 MPH. In most residential neighborhoods in my area atleast, the speed limit is usually 25 or 30 mph and it’s rare I see anything lower. Ritchson wasn’t like flying down the street, he’s not driving dangerous. This British dude is a clown who is the only one entering anybody here. Ritchson gave him a justified ass whipping.
