@Getsbetterlater 😂 Definitely have seen A shares, but I figured the average person is more likely to be looking at B shares in their portfolio. Most people could not likely comprehend $798k+/share. 😆

@Getsbetterlater @kimmonismus Carlos, your data is at least 20 years out of date. The Chinese have always been a very capable people. It hasn’t produced desired very strong meritocracy. Chinese PhDs are everywhere in the states. What they lacked was a virtuous circle of capital and innovation. Not anymore.

I don't understand how China got so fast so good in multiple disciplines. And I mean that seriously. I still have to find out somehow. Although China is subject to embargoes in numerous disciplines, they have not only managed to build outstanding LLMs in the field of AI, which are particularly outstanding in terms of price-performance ratio, but also in completely different sectors such as autonomous driving. The German daily newspaper “Frankfruter Allgemeine Zeitung” writes that by the end of this year, two-thirds (!) of all cars on Chinese roads will be capable of at least level-2 autonomous driving. And that's even for cars in the $10,000 price segment. Strangely enough, China manages to produce cars cheaply - but at the same time with good quality. "The People's Republic has become a pioneer of autonomous driving in recent years. Industry observers assume that two thirds of cars sold in China this year will be equipped with a “Level 2” system, which allows the driver to take their hands off the steering wheel in certain situations. Wang Chuanfu, founder of the world's largest electric car manufacturer BYD, said a few weeks ago that autonomous driving systems would become standard this year. BYD already offers its own system, called the “Eye of God”, at no extra charge in cars costing around 10,000 euros. Many of the level 2 systems are so good that drivers on China's roads barely pay attention. Some manufacturers use lights on the outside of the car to signal that the autopilot is controlling the vehicle. And far more powerful systems have long been under development."

@Getsbetterlater @kimmonismus Hi Tech Chinese factories barely have any people inside them. Some operate in the dark since robots don't need light. A single Xiaomi factory produces 10 million smartphones a year and runs 24/7 with a 100% automated robotic assembly line.

@WInsufficientia @kimmonismus I’m certainly willing to consider that it’s not what I’d thought. I appreciate the insight. To be fair I’ve never been there.

@Getsbetterlater @kimmonismus China has never had a social credit system… it was a furphy… propaganda. I went to China for a holiday & know that the people in Beijing are way too unruly for a social credit system to work. Made me laugh.. thought everyone would be controlled BUT alas just more propaganda.

@Getsbetterlater @kimmonismus It doesn’t & never did exist in China but WHY is it concerning? If it makes people more community minded & caring of their neighbours, I personally think it’s a good idea. We are too isolated from each other these days, that is why oligarchs can feed us their BS & we suck it up!!

@Cobratate I agree there’s a huge gap in social education from previous generations. To take it further though: the opposite of dysfunction is dysfunction

Young men idolize me because their fathers taught them nothing but to tolerate endless henpecking from their wives. Men don’t want to be bossed around by females their entire existence. From female teachers to wives it’s age 5-90 endless female henpecking. I’m idolized because I teach men to simply say no and do what they want. “I’ll leave you!” She screams. “Ok go” we say. This send them into a meltdown. The system fears men not controlled by women, as it has weaponized females to destroy masculinity. Masculinity resists enslavement, so the easiest way to make us all slaves is to destroy masculinity via weaponized femininity. You place women in charge of society then psyop the women = job complete. Slaves. Covid was simply women henpecking husbands over “grandma might die” and husbands complying. Women are easy to scare and psyop via the news and Netflix. Hence they want women in charge. Resisting female power is ground zero for the battle against The Matrix. The fact I teach men to have standards and stick up for themselves and ignore the noise is a primary threat to our slave masters.

@onlywei @kimmonismus The US is where I live. It makes sense in my mind to measure the effectiveness of manufacturing by looking at real GDP since it has to do with the success rate of the country. That’s how I look at it anyway

@Getsbetterlater @kimmonismus You have Oligarchs who own govt. & who stuff their pockets, abuse the people & steal their wealth.. whereas in China Govt fully controls Oligarchs & ensures they share their wealth with the people & country!!

@Getsbetterlater @onlywei @kimmonismus India, for example, has one-fifth to one-eighth of China's labor costs and as much population as China. There are many such cases, China's labor costs are not low, the real competitive advantage is the industrial clusters and the large-scale application of robots.

@Getsbetterlater @napshana @kimmonismus Most of America’s problems stem from currency and trade. it started with the need for us to provide dollars to the rest of the world. That led to negative trade balances, which led to the loss of our manufacturing, which led to more and more problems
