Now let me keep it long for you since you acting you know everything… Lithium batteries age faster when they stay near 100% for long periods since they age faster at higher voltage. That is the main reason why Apple introduced “optimized battery charging” to learn when you mostly unplug your phone, especially at night, so that when it gets to 80% it slows down and completes to 100% when closer to when you mostly wake up. But human activity can randomly change. Also, cycles count to 100% doesn’t mean you need to charge your phone to 100% before it counts, even when you charge your phone to 50% daily and use it to 0 and later charge to 50%. It counts as 100% that is a cycle. Just like people using electric cars, if you have long travel, means charging up to 100% is necessary, but when not necessary, it is always best to limit it around 80-90% to increase it lifespan.
