@ChizaramNelo Lol well how many canadian companies we have growing 40% a year for a couple of years with positive earning / trading at reasonable multiples? Probably not many so i prefer to invest in higher return+safer opportunities while not worrying about CAD/USD depriciation

@GhTheProphet Wow this is really amazing brother, but you have about 80% of your portfolio in one country (US) . Doesn’t that bother you ?

If I put 107k into my TFSA and it grows to $1M , I can sell the growth investment and buy $1M worth of dividend ETFs yielding 4% . That’s 40k/year tax free income. Why aren’t we doing this?

@ChizaramNelo TFSA + RRSP, but down a bit recently since small growth is hit hard (not worried, just need patience) I even tell people do the same for FHSA to grow $40k into $200k then buy your house but they are not patient

@Investinc_Intel - $root management clearly mentioned next quarters EPS will be lower than Q1. - I brought up TP reviews cuz that 🤡 $root guy was cherry picking LMND reviews last year to say root is better -You are kind of comparing the metrics of a mature company with a young one 🤣

I don’t care about a 3rd party rating when every metric financially surpasses $LMND Only people who leave ratings are someone who am has something to complain about especially with car insurance…🤣 I just told you why they have slow growth but the model works and a 6PE is even cheap for a traditional company so yes no brainer to me.

$ROOT is becoming one of the biggest no brainers on the market. They use ML to determine which drivers are most likely to cause accidents. This has greatly improved underwriting and led to their most profitable qtr in Q1. -I project a 6 PE EOY at these prices -Root announced a buy back program -the company is still yet to operate in all of the US (HUGE TAM ahead) So why is it so cheap? Car insurance can’t keep up with legacy players in advertising so they have to be strategic. This can result in slower adoption but in the meantime we are seeing the average policies get cheaper and profits at ATH’s.

@immoonbb ۹۰۰۰ قدم تهش ۴۰۰ کالری بسوزونه که اندازه یه بستنی و شکلات هم نمیشه من خودم جای باشگاه ورزش های فان رو ترجیح میدم وقت همیشه هست فقط اولویت های آدم فرق داره. خلاصه یه پیشنهاد بود به عنوان گزینه ۳ در نظر بگیری اگه هم دوست داری بدن سالم و خوبی داشته باشی هم از خوردن راحت لذت ببری
