@TheShreddington GABA, magnesium, valerian root and of course melatonin. All work in their own way and I personally like gaba the best (feeling wise) now the “unnatural” route? Cjc/ipa can not be beat. The sleep and the energy you feel waking up everyday is worth its weight in gold tbh.

Yeah I’m really feeling it right now because it converges at the top. I just need to make sure to get a good stretch at the bottom without going too deep because of how wide it gets it will fuck with my left shoulder. Same with the super upper flight. Almost no one uses it at the gym cause it’s brutal, but it’s so damn good. Better off going lighter for more reps on it.

I have to admit @CrashiusClay69 was not really on my radar after $BRETT and his trades in early 2025, but after the Spaces two days ago, I have to say he knows what this space is missing and what needs to change. People need to rally behind established coins again, and the new pair casino that lowers ceilings and extracts money from this space via net negative fee models has to be shut down. Stick together and hold the best memes we know that can go to 9 or even 10 figures. His picks are $Troll, $Wojak (ETH one), and $Utya on Tron. Don’t buy because of him, but given his track record, I think it would be a mistake not to consider after some research at least. Personally, I am very bullish on $Troll and $Wojak. Which of you guys is holding these? Promising charts if you ask me.
