If I could do it again, I’d spend my money at @structube instead of @WayfairCanada. Customer loyalty should be rewarded, not punished. 😓

They won’t let me place orders or redeem the rewards I already paid to earn. Why sell a membership if you’re going to lock customers out and keep their rewards? 🤷‍♀️ This policy is unacceptable. @Wayfair @WayfairCanada

I spent CA$2,000+ with @WayfairCanada, paid for their loyalty membership and earned CA$96 in rewards. Now my account has been blocked because I’m in the U.S., my husband in Canada, and we don’t share the same last name. They refuse to let me use the rewards I paid for. @Wayfair
