I highly recommend you stay far away from @structube. They sold me a couch with missing pieces and even though I opened a ticket to get a resolution, they simply aren’t responding. I paid $2000 for a broken couch and they are not willing to do anything to fix the problem.

@structube I purchased a Laval chair with defective fabric.vWhen I contacted the store within the 7-day return period, I was told they would not accept a return because the chair had been assembled. I was never informed at the time of purchase and I was called a Liar. Trainyards.

@discrepant Hey! On the Ergo chair, that little wheel adjusts the recline tension. Turn one way for more resistance, the other for a smoother lean back. Hope that helps! 😊

From your store again!! I spent over 2k on various items and they are giving me the hardest time and the run around just to return then for a store credit. I’ve asked to speak to a manager twice and they tell me that takes 3 business days.
