Oh @flyPAL. My misery with Philippine Airlines continues. Haven't gotten my mileage credit after flying ANA end of August. Your awful website is not helpful at all.

Shoutout to @NaturiumSkin for your shipping package. Paper box with paper stuffing and even your labels were easy to remove. Easy #recycling!

Horrible experience with @flyPAL on my last trip. Delayed going to #MNL and cancelled flight coming back to #JFK so missed meetings and appointments. Will have to look into other airlines next time even though am Elite MM flyer. Why isn't #philippineairlines better? #pal
