@VZWSupport Yes. I called Friday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. How many times do I need to call? I've spent 4.5 hrs on the phone with you. Clearly calls aren't getting it done. Hence, I'm about done with Verizon.

@verizon what gives? Placed order on 11/22. 9 days. 4.5 hrs of calls. 6 reps. Countless broken promises my phones will ship. Your system is broke and no one has followed through to fix. You're about to lose a 16 year customer. @ATT what deals do you have to offer?

@VZWSupport Your response is the canned response EVERY rep starts with when I call. In theory, I should have a backorder. But it wasn't ever created. How hard is it to create one and assure me I'll get the two phones?

@VZWSupport A backorder wasn't ever created, because the system THOUGHT there was inventory when I ordered. So, there's no longer an order, and no backorder created. THIS IS IN MY ACCT NOTES.

@VZWSupport I've been promised the phones would deliver last Monday, tomorrow, and sometime in December when supply is replenished. Every time I call, the rep PROMISES to keep on top of it (Venecia, Austin, and Eureka). But they never do.
