@British_Airways My luggage has been at terminal 5C in Heathrow since Sunday, and despite the air tags inside showing the exact location, your ground crew still haven’t managed to find them. Don’t suppose anyone could help?

@British_Airways I know LHR baggage is a total sh!t show right now, but it would be appreciated if someone could at least get back to me regarding my luggage that has been in T5 for 9 days without moving. A response other than ‘check the status online’ would be useful. Help ASAP!
