@jimfishwm @WasteManagement @OatesTamla I have been having issues with missed pick up for few weeks now. I have signed up for valet service but they do not pick it and have to report it again and again. Please help. Service address: 160 Mission Road Sedona AZ 86336

@jimfishwm Also, just so you are aware for the last 2 days it has been showing as pick up “today” and then by the end of the day noone picks it up. This happened on Wednesday and Thursday. Now same is showing for today. I am sorry but my experience is not good with the service.

@jimfishwm Thank you. I do airbnb and in the last few weeks they only picked up once by themselves. All other times I have to report missed pick up. They ignore the valet service I signed up for. You can imagine how my guests feel looking at piles of trash bags outside garage at check in.
