Does anyone know how to get action from @WasteManagement? While I was on a business trip this week, my wife ordered bulk pick up of an old mattress. This is now day four and it’s still not been picked up. Their chat line assured her every day that it’ll be today. @jimfishwm

wondering why i even have an account with @WasteManagement when they skip bulk pickup, cancel/void missed pickup requests (867867 & 864714) & leave trash on the street for half of my neighbourhood. is this truly representative of the companies values? @jimfishwm @JAClem9

Very poor service from WM for yard waste pick up. 9 times called… multiple escalation….. no resolution. So much of my time waster and no accountability. Do not know why I am laying them? May be I do not have an option. @WasteManagement @jimfishwm @ConsumerReports

@WasteManagement @jimfishwm Jim I realize you have staff shortages but there was 1 empty Amazon box sitting beside my trash yesterday and your guy didn't take it. He also didn't take the extra bags from other neighbors. When Phil was my trash man that never happened. Thank you.

@jimfishwm I know from experience with WM this is not indicative of your service. I believe this to be a rogue agent of sorts doing your company a disservice. Almost a thousand students drive past that every day. There is another overfilled rollaway also. We will clean any spills
