@Cleartrip I can understand- but 1335 is seemingly unfair - at least you should have a policy to refund it back to cleartrip wallet and we will have to book via clear trip . Putting that entire onus on customer and that too such a huge one is unethical . And it is cruelty on customer

@bigbasket_com@RCBTweets I can understand it may happen with fruits vegetables. Earlier we used to let it go as it is a give and take . When we used to buy from our neighbour gaadi uncle and aunty we would easily let go as they are small scale people . You are big guys and I know we are paying premium .
@bigbasket_com@RCBTweets I will tell you other issues we have faced from past 1 month several times cucumber has turned out bitter - just 2 days back we threw 3 cucumbers to composting as 3 of them were too bitter, water melon was spoilt , and today jackfruit many of them are spoilt
@bigbasket_com I am yet to get any reply from you on my previous complaint .and look at today’s order . You have billed me 43 rupees extra claiming it is 1 kg 300 gram . So it moved from 149 rupees to 193 rupees . I don’t have patience to weight everything. But this is cheating .
