See, again, all stadiums are built by the respective state governments. BCCI state associations are mostly left with maintenance, and even that hasn’t been great despite all the money.
So ,No one really knows where BCCI’s money goes. It doesn’t come under RTI and gets tax exemptions for the IPL. Despite earning billions from the IPL and internationals and 40% from ICC , Indian players’ contracts were last revised in 2017. , we still have poor, outdated broadcast production and endure 3rd class treatment as fans in stadiums.
