i’ve always found the whole nancy pelosi portfolio thing pretty funny because, like most CT memes, there’s actually a real question underneath it so why do people care so much about what politicians are buying? i don’t think it’s because anyone genuinely believes every congressman is some insane stock picker lmao it’s more because politicians sit extremely close to > policy, regulation > committees, lobbying > government spending, and capital flows when a politician like nancy or their spouse starts buying semis, cybersecurity, defense, big tech, energy, healthcare you get a hint that there's smart money rotating into that direction over the past 10 years nancy's ROI is 800%+ at least 53% ROI over the past year again lol which is why i find this new feature @glider__ introduced today very useful - i don't want to track everything nancy buys by myself so i'd rather automatize it not saying we should build our entire portfolio around congressional trades but i also think we should not fade them
