“Despite having zero naira in my account, I sent a church member to withdraw ₦500k, and when she got there I commanded ₦500k to enter my account and it did immediately” — Pastor shares testimony
@JustineUnique@Jacksonsrule They agree with the bank that they will make bullet repayment only at the end of the loan term. The billionaire will use the profit from his other real estate investments to repay. So technically he doesn't pay anything. His investment pays for the loan he takes.
Billionaires don’t have bank accounts like you and me. They have art collections,Yachts,Mansions,Stocks. None of it gets taxed until they sell it. So they just never sell it. They borrow against it instead. Live off the loans. Pay almost nothing. Then when they die, their kids inherit it all tax-free. The wealth never gets taxed, It just gets passed down.
And we wonder why the gap keeps getting wider.

@Jacksonsrule This just isn't true. The loan must be repaid that money is earned and taxed. This would require them to pay both interest on the loan and taxes on their income.

This man and his fellow chicken seller were just scàmmèd in Enugu and honestly… this country will humble you 💔
A woman came to them and said she wanted to buy 600 chickens.
They only had 150 in the shop, so they rushed to their farm to complete it.
After gathering everything, they started kpaing the chickens for her…
Because the work was too much, the woman even went to a nearby barracks and brought 2 soldiers to help — claiming she’s a Major’s wife 👀
Everything looked legit. Nobody suspected anything.
She even collected ₦500k from a POS lady there, promising to transfer all the money together once she was ready to pay.
Na so everybody relax…
Next thing — this woman vanished 💨
Just like that,
➡️ Chicken sellers lost millions
➡️ POS girl lost ₦500k
Omo… this one no be ordinary scam again 😭
How do you even trust people in this kind situation?? 🤦🏾♀️
I am wondering why the sellers didn’t demand for payment before they started kpaing the chicken. 🤦♀️
When looking for a new neighbourhood to move to, do not move to a new area where you are the richest among the residents.
You will be noticeable and could be a target
Before you marry her, know her money habits.
Does she save? Does she budget? Does she have debt? Does she give you money?
A woman who cannot manage money will destroy you both.
Love does not pay bills. Discipline does.
Watch how she spends before you put a ring on it.
