To say that the people that provide society with less are as important as those that provide more is an injustice. Also, this is a thread about wealth inequality, not human rights. Money is not a human right. Your contribution to society, in the form of a job, determines the amount of wealth that you accumulate. As stated above, providing smaller contributors with equal contributions is the very definition of unjust.
