@GoNumotion has abandoned me for 4 weeks without my prescribed tilt-recline power wheelchair. This company is completely incapable of quality, timely service. I've been dependent on them/at their mercy for five years. At this time, they have abandoned me without my tilt-recline power wheelchair for 4 weeks. I've had to cancel and reschedule 5 doctor's appointments, rehabilitation, and even a specialist that I'd waited several months to see and now must wait another several months. Every order I've had through this company over the course of five years has resulted in at least one wrong part. Sometimes it's the wrong seat size, sometimes it's the wrong caster wheels. This time it was a service tech unfamiliar with my Rovi X3 chair who refused to install and electrical component that was disrupting battery charging --something another tech recommend--after careful and lengthy conversation with the manufacturer. 6 months later my and I need another new battery--the second in less than a year. They require my doctor write another prescription for repair of an issue they never fixed the last two times!? There are no direct lines to anyone in any dept. The call center is outsourced with employees without listening comprehension. So everything must be stated, restated using different words, asked what they heard/understood. Everything must be re-explained at every transfer to the next person. Birthday, name & address must be given to each person transfered to though given to the very first person who answers phone. They promise someone will call back within 48 hours and don't call. Not even the complaint department follows through in returning calls. Medicare/Medicaid is throwing money to the wind when reimbursing NuMotion. They're incapable of streamline service. Abandoning ppl w/o medically necessary equipment. Gross institutional negligence!

Ooooooh @GoNumotion Get ready for a call from me soon 🥰 bc not only did you all drop the ball on sending my doctor the paperwork to continue the process for my new chair, but now my current chair is acting up too. Oh why?? Thanks to you all the missing part that should’ve been reordered to protect the wires which I requested back in I think MAY still hasn’t came in. Since the back was exposed to rain, the chair’s now damaged.

@GoNumotion I have a problem. I recently ended up in the hospital for a broken arm when the medical people dropped off a Hoyer lift and a hospital bed for me to stay at my house. They accidentally took my wheelchair my wheelchair charger for my motorized wheelchair.
