@GoViRaLFG @KalshiPolitics Correct. The way I understand it though Hill's votes will still be reported by the media tomorrow night since she is on the ballot and her percentage will be reflected. But once the vote is certified the percentage will readjust to only Vivek and Casey since she is DQ'd.

@KalshiPolitics With Heather Hill dropping out, that shrinks the electorate. Going by the latest BGSU poll, factor some of her support gets split or stays home, and give Casey Putsch the benefit of the doubt on the margin of error, the current over/under is around 14%, which seems fair.

Such a horrible comparison... in the movie major league the Yankees were the financial power house franchise, the favorites to win and the Indians were the ones with an extremely limited payroll going against all odds. Currently sitting in church reflecting... @CaseyPutsch entered this race for Ohio Governor to be the "Not Vivek" choice for Republicans in Ohio. He easily could've just sat back and let the billionaire Vivek easily walk into the general election. Fact is Vivek has had enough to worry about with Casey where he had to dump an additional $25m into his own campaign because the primary had an opponent. You can be disappointed in his lack of fundraising or spending on his campaign, but the fact is, to raise $25m by grassroots only is nearly impossible for a primary, and even if he did raise that kind of money to try to fight a billionaire who is backed by billionaires and the political party you're running for would be completely and totally asinine. Casey has given you an option. Take it.

@TheCalvinCooli1 Ohio isn't really an R+11 state. The 2024 margin is an artifact of Harris/Walz being a historically terrible ticket; a normal Democrat would have been more formidable. Add in typical midterm dynamics & Trump's unpopularity, and it's already not a cakewalk before Vivek factors in.

Let’s talk about Vivek Ramaswamy This will give you a brief overview. Please read before commenting something stupid. When he first ran for President he was in the Perry Johnson and Ryan Binkley tire. Then he was everywhere in Conservative media. As a result, his poll numbers rose very quickly. That was because he was running to the right of Trump. I didn’t take him seriously, I knew he wouldn’t win and was just running for something else. Whenever, he spoke folks in the “Conservative” media acted like God just spoke or a major revelation was revealed. I didn’t fall for that. I had some serious questions about his campaign. So did Dr. Michael Savage Then the debates happened. The 1st debate turned me off. The 2nd second debate he did poorly. The latter debates he did well. Then the Trump team realized that he was running against them and taking votes away. So they dumped him. After Iowa, he dropped out. I remember a bunch of people were Vivek or bust for President Trump's VP pick. That happened. Two years in a row he had a crash out at Christmas time. In 2024, he was arguing in favor of the HB-1 visas. Please write this down. It’s not what you argue, it’s how you argue it. He had a point but people weren’t going to listen to it from him and his delivery was horrible. Boys meet the world? Instead of taking criticism he doubled down and lashed out. But we aren’t the left we don’t toss people out of the party for one disagreement. In 2025, it was worse, he said something that every politician should avoid. What is an American? That is a no-win argument. Again he crashed out when people didn’t agree with him. When running for Governor he says we have to tone down the cultural war stuff. What? That is the complete opposite of what he ran on in 2024. This year he quit Social Media. Most politicians don’t use social media themselves. They have a team. Regardless it shows the trolls got to him and he shouldn’t have announced that publicly. In fact, he scolded someone for quitting social media then he did it to. He believes the conversations that are happening on social media are happening in real life. It isn't. Not even close. He will easily win the primary, his opponent Pusch is such a clown. His running mate is good. Heather Hill would come in 2nd place. Someone else such as Warren Davidson should have run. The problem is his Democrat opponent Amy Action was a tyrant during COVID. She was responsible for the lockdowns. So when we get another pandemic in 5 years she will be the worst and there goes redistricting if she wins. The major worry I have is that people won’t turn out and vote for him in November. People aren’t motivated to vote for him. Another concern is that Christians won’t vote for him. Here is my prediction if he became Governor I think he would leave in 2 years or not run for reelection. If he becomes Governor he would prove the critics wrong or prove them right. As I said earlier I think he ran for the wrong race in the wrong state but he is better than Amy Action. If you live in Ohio what do you think?

@asukagrypr @CaseyPutsch fundamentally didn't understand that you need a critical mass of support to bootstrap everything else like hiring a competent campaign manager and paying for advertising & events. He never stopped whining about this and didn't do anything differently.

This morning I posted an archive clip of Nick explaining his stance on the primary/general elections in Ohio. It included why he is not endorsing Casey Putsch. Reasons such as his poor chances of winning which would embolden Vivek supporters in the general or wanting to punish the GOP for picking Vivek. These were the responses from his supporters to that clip. They wonder why Nick did not stand behind Casey and did not encourage Groypers to get involved in the primary election. They are so low-IQ, or biased they cannot understand Nick's points in a 2 minute clip. At no point has Casey had a viral moment like Fishback. At no point has Casey held an impromptu event like Fishback. Putsch has not had a single poll that shows he has even a 25% chance of winning the primary. Putsch has received less donations, in a race against a candidate with more funds and GOP support than Fishback's opponent. Putsch has very little social media presence for a political candidate. There are Groyper clippers with more followers than him and he has 1/5th of Fishbacks followers on X. Nick Fuentes didn't give formal endorsement to Fishback until he had seen just how much support he had gathered WITHOUT Nick interfering. There has not been a single metric to show that Casey has a reasonable chance of winning, even Fishback isn't even close to being able to say he has a fair chance yet. Having cool cars and 'based' political takes does not make up for having a poorly run campaign with low funding. (Estimated to be less than $150 K) These two campaigns show two differing mentalities. Running a campaign well, and IF you get the Fuentes/Groyper endorsement then it shows you did something right. Then you have someone running a campaign expecting Nick's support and when that doesn't happen it all falls apart. Fishback has a better campaign, he has more support and grew a grassroots movement. It seems like Casey and his supporters put their hand out and expected Nick to support him without putting in the effort or reaching a level of success that Fishback's campaign did.
