I’m here to post again about the simply horrific service provided by Domestic+General @DandG_Support Since last week their social media team have been active but I have not had one single phone call about my case. Not one. Just an email to say someone will be in touch. Nothing since. I’ve asked again and again for them to call. That’s another week without a boiler. Another week when this company do not care. Please share this. Do not be fooled by them, when I’ve needed them I’ve been ignored. It’s astonishing.

@KDAG91 We booked last week when it was announced…£40 return from Glasgow to Liverpool…not too shoddy. The match tickets are a different matter though.

I haven’t actually checked if this is true and I have no proof to back it up but I’m just going to assume that I am right because the price of trains North & South of the border is ridiculous

Tickets bought for Ivory Coast away in Liverpool at the end of March. It would actually be cheaper to get a return flight to Abidjan than it is to get a return train ticket. Great way of encouraging people to make use of the public transport networks in the UK
