@GodrejEntGroup / @GodrejAppliance / @GodrejLocksS I paid a premium for a digital lock over a normal lock, and it became faulty within 6 months. At 1 AM, I got locked out, panicked, had to struggle to reopen it, and my door got damaged.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @GodrejLocksS Ordered and delivered 10 days ago. No one is coming for installation. All godrej employees denied saying not their area. Toll free number customer care gave local technician number, he gave area manager number and now no one taking calls.

Pathetic service from @GodrejLocksS . Once you purchase the locks , they don't honour the warranty even after repeated requests through customer care and escalation email.

@GodrejLocksS had raised request a week back and have been following up correcting the lock. Nobody cared to respond and been simply ignored. If you cant provide good service then stop it.
