Top managers actively adjusted exposures, took advantage of dislocations, and delivered more consistent outcomes—reinforcing multi-strategy as a core allocation. Equity market-neutral strategies gained meaningful traction (30.8%) as advisors sought stability amid persistent equity volatility. Returns were driven by manager skill and security selection rather than market direction. Private credit saw the strongest inflows (52.5%), as advisors prioritized income and capital preservation. Managers with disciplined underwriting and strong sourcing networks stood out, generating attractive yields while managing risk in a higher-rate environment. The focus remains on understanding where capital is working hardest—and where new opportunities are emerging.
