@KBStudiousa Hi there, All clients were notified via email about the change in fee structure in November 2019. All clients had the ability to withdraw their funds at that point if they did not like the change in fee structure. Please DM us with any questions you may have.

@LukasTeijema Hi Lukas, you can add funds via wire transfer from the Netherlands. You will need to add your banking information to the Holding first, and then the option to add funds via bank wire will be available to you.

@GoldmoneyHelp Dear team, I am noticing the spread is increasing lately. Over this we need to add the 0.5% fees for each transactions. How come the spread is getting so high? It is way over/lower 6% the current PMs price. are there any reasons?
