LIV Golf CEO Scott O'Neil said Tuesday his energy hasn't been this high since he has started. He feels there is a clear path to win.
What is that path forward for LIV Golf?
"For us, the priorities are really clear. First and foremost, we need to get the players settled, on board, and focusing on golf. That's first and foremost. (1) the Gov mislead the Court.
(2) articles were published over the weekend that construction was starting Monday (hence the urgency)
(3) Plaintiffs filed an emergency motion this afternoon.

I’m sorry this is ridiculous. Lawyers aren’t at the beck and call of judges. This isn’t some death penalty case! You can’t just file an order at 9 pm on a Sunday night and expect the lawyer to consult with their client and file a response by 7:30 am!
