Back in 2023, @SuellaBraverman highlighted that asylum seekers pretending to be gay was "absurd and unsustainable". She was vilified, attacked by some fellow Tories (Andrew Boff heckled her), Yvette Cooper accused her of “scapegoating”. She turned out to be right, again.

I’ve found the Labour Party grandstanding over Victor Orban’s loss to be a bit rich.
They are the ones who cancelled elections.
They arrested people for social media posts.
They are removing the right to trial by jury.
But don’t forget, Orban is the dictator here.
Starmer even kiboshed Andy Burnham from standing in a by-election because he’s so desperate to cling on to power.
To be perfectly frank, Orban ought take no lectures from Keir Starlin.

He’s absolutely right.
It was a betrayal of Brexit and of the Tory 2019 manifesto promise to cut net migration.
Yet when we tried to deliver that promise ‘from the inside’, we were blocked by Tory Prime Ministers and Tory Ministers.
One of the Great Tory Betrayals.

Good Friday.
3pm on a Friday afternoon.
My little church in Durham is packed to the brim. There was a queue round the street. Every pew is full. The entryway is full, too.
Over half the congregation is Gen Z.
Many are Gen Alpha.
We are in the age of the Catholic revival.

Buckingham Palace has reportedly confirmed that the king will not be issuing an Easter message this year.
Apparently, it isn't traditional for the monarch to issue a special message at Easter.
Well, fine. But the king did issue a special message for Ramadan in February. So many Christians will understandably feel slighted.
And many others will see it as yet another example of asymmetric multiculturalism.
