$PLTR is now 100% of my portfolio. Degenerate bet? Here is why I don't think so: 1. Asymmetry I see a clear discrepancy between $PLTR 's business evolution and the stock price. Palantir is expected to grow at 20% CAGR in the coming years. Analysts severely underestimate the transformational impact of AIP. While all the attention is now on AI chipmakers NVDA and AMD, Palantir is the only AI software company delivering real, quantifiable, business output. Not just a chat. Furthermore, PLTR should enter the S&P500 with the March rebalancing, becoming the "only pure AI software play" in the index. I expect this should close the asymmetry. 2. Limited operating risk While at DPO Palantir was a high-risk cash-burning business, now it has pristine financials combined with an antifragile business: ► 30% FCF margin ► GAAP profitable ► $3bn cash From a structural perspective, PLTR has a beautiful mix: ► Recurring Revenues from +40 industries ► Healthy financials ► Leader in the AI megatrend Great ingredients for the victory recipe. More in detail, I collected enough data points, shared @PalantirBullets, that make me confident the AIP market fit is real and provides strong momentum for the business. This dramatically reduces the operating risk of Palantir, which, until last year, seemed unable to leverage the strength of its offering to sell effectively. The major risk I see on the valuation side. Given the strength of the fundamentals, the worst case I see is a ~20%/30% drawdown, which could lead to a "waste of time" until the company grows into the valuation. I can assume the risk. NB: There is also a potential $1bn buyback supporting the valuation in case of need... 3. Avoid diworsification I started to build my first digital product. This is a new thing to me and requires my full attention. I feel the risk of diversifying my focus from a critical step in my journey as a creator is greater than the risk of waiting. Details soon!
