Disappointed the lads haven’t even acknowledged the situation despite numerous fans complaining to them. Suppose they don’t care if genuine fans are there as long as they’re getting paid 🤷🏻♀️

@virginmedia Already tried that and it says no issues. Called and an automated message says you’re aware of an issue. Waste of time and money!
