An Edmonton resident has been charged with fraud after police say he was altering odometers on used vehicles purchased through Facebook Marketplace and reselling them at inflated prices. Harmandeep Singh Bindra, 39, faces charges of fraud and uttering a forged document following an investigation that began in March 2026. Police allege Bindra has been buying high-mileage Nissan Altimas, Honda Accords, and Honda CRVs on Facebook Marketplace since March 2025, rolling back odometers by hundreds of thousands of kilometres, and listing the vehicles for sale under a fake Facebook account. They lived off taxpayer money in the UK for 18 months until it was brought to light that they were wanted criminals. They have now been deported to Denmark to face the justice system. The whole system is farcical. Nobody thought that Eritreans, a nation where 65% of women say they are raped, would be suitable for European integration.

Another day and another Mohammad has been found guilty of being responsible for the death of a British woman. Mohammad Durnion invited Reanne Coulson to his flat in Coventry last summer. When the police had left, Durnion returned to the flat, retrieved the body and took it to the woods where he tried to burn it. Durnion has been found guilty of manslaughter and will be sentenced tomorrow.
