@pdsb needs to recognize and understand that a teacher's mental health is not only affected while employed but is also seriously affected with detrimental consequences even after retirement. More proactive steps need to be taken as many teachers are struggling and even suffering.

@PeelSchools needs to be providing mental health support everyday, not just when tragedy strikes. Removing staff and resources while increasing workload and expectations is adding to a severe decline in physical and health with staff students and families. @ONeducation
