@rmcgill25 You have to build a data bank of players to progress in evaluating players!

Something that people constantly make a mistake on when doing evals is losing the timeframe of comparisons. To me, comps are more important than skill sets. Everyone has to know your scale of what good, bad, above average is. We need your individual metrics for those values to understand your grading. But comps transcend decades, as long as the people you are talking to can remember who the comp is. But, your timeframe for the two players has to be similar.

Defensive Tackles: Pass rusher or Stout run defender? Have had a lot of interesting conversations with scouts and D-Line coaches across the country this summer to see which type they value higher and if the area that they lack is coachable/improvable. Which one do you prefer?

THE PARALLEL PLAN WE ALL HAVE GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS IN LIFE! WE HAVE A PLAN TO GET THERE BUT WHAT IF WE DO NOT GET THERE? WHAT IS YOUR BACKUP PLAN OR AS I CALL IT, THE PARALLEL PLAN. A PLAN THAT COINCIDES WITH THE GOAL! I WANTED TO BE A GENERAL MANAGER IN THE NFL BUT COULD NOT ATTAIN THE NECESSARY PROMOTION TO KICK START MY CAREER IN THAT DIRECTION. VARIOUS REASONS OR EXCUSES WHY I DID NOT GET THE PROMOTION. THE REASONS MAY HAVE BEEN LEGIT OR MAYBE I WAS THE PROBLEM. I CANNOT RULE OUT MYSELF. AFTER INVESTING SO MUCH OF MY CAREER AT ONE PLACE WITH THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS I NEEDED A PARALLEL PLAN. AN OFFSHOOT TO BEING A GM. I DECIDED TO BECOME ONE OF THE BEST SCOUTS IN THE NFL! I DID ACCOMPLISH IT MY OPINION AND HAVE GOTTEN MUCH NOTORIETY IN THE WORLD OF FOOTBALL. I OBTAIN PEACE WITH MY PARALLEL PLAN. HAVE A PARALLEL PLAN IN LIFE!

I had my doctors appointment this week and found out I am still in remission! Had cancer and had a portion of my kidney removed in November of 22. Have been cancer free since! I stopped drinking soda this week as well! That was so hard on day 2 or 3 and the headaches were real. I have also dropped weight because I am working out every day. I hope I can keep it going
