mind you toni morrison dedicated an entire section in the bluest eye to exploring the role brown skinned people play as a buffer class within the colorist hierarchy. brown skinned people DO NOT face the same violence dark skinned people do.

This is how I feel with all the queer blues women they lived in a time of getting arrested and probably worse so lesbian and bi isn't official in those cases.

we can’t label whitney as either a lesbian or bisexual because she never spoke about it publicly; that marriage might have been purely for convenience, and she may never have loved that miserable man. we can only say she liked women and that's it.

@Brocc42871138 I don't think it's their style aesthetic wise (not saying it's cause they're Black ((I'm Black))) but like it seems like it's gonna be slice of life. I could see them pairing with ShockWave Animation or doing what Punch Punch Forever is doing solo.

I genuinely wonder why glitch hasn’t picked up a show like this yet. They don’t want to revolutionize indie animation. Glitch productions is just a cog in a greater system— a money scheme if you will.
