Heartbreaking to hear of the sudden loss of Nampa Mayor Rick Hogaboam. Rick served with a real heart for public service and dedication to the community. His family, city staff, and the Nampa community are in my prayers.

Today, after decades of hard work, the Coeur d’Alene Tribe and the state of Idaho announced a historic water rights agreement. This agreement delivers certainty for water users and lasting protection for Coeur d’Alene Lake and everyone who depends on it.
